Sally Walnetski, Owner/Stylist

Sally specializes in precision cutting with her impeccable attention to detail and artistic vision. She enjoys working with clients to come up with the styles and colors individualized to the needs. As a master of her craft, she keeps up with the latest techniques and hair trends as they appear on the fashion scene. She is certified in the Brazilian Keratin Treatment, Brazilian Express and a Master colorist with Goldwell and Schwarzkopf. After 30 years styling hair in the area, she has found the perfect fit here at Split Endz Salon. Sally's vision was to create a drama free salon environment where clients feel welcome and stylists are appreciated. She has achieved her goal. Split Endz is a warm and inviting salon, with talented stylists who like to express themselves and have fun.      

Julie Phillips, Owner/Stylist

Julie has been in Northern Virginia since the summer of 2009. She brings a new energy and a positive lifestyle to our salon. Julie graduated from Valdosta  State Technical school in 2003 with a Masters of Cosmetology License. Continuing education is a top priority for Julie to allow her to keep fine tuning her artistic skills. She is certified in the Brazilian Blow Out, Brazilian Express, Goldwell Advanced Colorist and Redken.

Julie shares in Sally's vision of a high quality salon with a relaxed atmosphere complete with cutting edge products and knowledge.

Stephanie Lee,  Stylist

Stephanie is a graduate of Paul Mitchell The School in Tysons Corner.  During her time at Paul Mitchell she was one of the top 10 students and a member of the Phase II Honors Team.  Prior to joining Split Endz Salon, she was a personal assistant for Master Stylist Elie Gerdak of Elie.Elie Salon in Tysons  Corner.  Her talent is creating natural looking color and highlights, and completing it with fabulous haircuts!  She has a huge passion for hair and for the people that sit in her chair!  She is constantly taking new classes for coloring, cutting and styling to keep up on all the new trends.
Stephanie Wyatt, Stylist

Steph hails from California and through a deep wanderlust has traveled all across the country from coast to coast. Along the way she discovered her passion for hair and graduated from Professional’s Choice Hair Design Academy in Illinois. She loves making people feel beautiful and good about how they look when they leave her chair. She is certified in Coppola Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatments and has extensive knowledge of different coloring and cut techniques. She constantly continues her education, both in her pursuit of the latest trends and her own personal goal of self-perfection.
Loan Duong, Nail Technician

Loan is a highly motivated individual with a keen eye for detail. Prior to joining Split Endz she worked at Escape Nail Spa in Gainesville. Her manicures and pedicures will prove to be the highlight of your day. She has several specialized pedicures that she has perfected. Her new favorite service is the Shellac polish.
